 Your Honor,

Please be advised that due to ethics we were unable to inform you of this website’s existence, http://whataboutjosh.tripod.com , until after the fact. I think that when you read this website you will sit back in your chair and say to yourself “oh no”. Then if there is anything that can be done to correct this problem, we would appreciate it greatly.

We will be working on trying to understand what is unethical about searching for the Whole Truth, as we continue our journey to the Judicial System’s next level. If you have any questions are need more information, please do not hesitate to ask.

Editor's note:  I sent this certified letter to Judge Roberts, thinking she would review the website. Upon seeing the various dated letters from a U.S. Senator and the Justice Department, she would realize that her “Reasons for Denial” were erroneous, because she had not been advised of this website and its Discovery potential. The Ethics we refer are boundaries that applies, to attorneys. Had I known that I could have notified her before her ruling, I would have. As a parent, I don’t have to be quite so ethical.
