Editor’s Note

 Apparently we have been referred to a department that only handles the use of excessive physical force by law enforcement officers.  They do not handle information withholding, misinforming, STATE appointed defense lawyers.  The color of the law, as previously mentioned in this letter, appears to be GREEN.  And it is hardly fair defense when your quarterback works for the OTHER team.
