Apparently the rumors are true.  The judge in this case not only doesn’t review the “BRIEF IN SUPPORT OF APPLICATION FOR POST-CONVICTION RELIEF”, he doesn’t review the testimonials from his own court proceedings, at least not in Josh’s Case, before he denies them..  However he is retiring at the end of this term so why should he???
